Connects straight to your own mail server (cPanel, Dovecot and anything that speaks IMAP). No service in the middle and no copy of your mail anywhere else.
The sender is matched against WooCommerce orders: what they bought, when and how much, right beside the message.
Replies stay in the same thread, plus forwarding and attachments up to 8 MB, sent through the same email channel your store already uses.
The AI writes a draft using the customer's real order history, never making up delivery times, tracking or discounts. You review before sending.
What you answer from the panel is saved to Sent and Drafts, so your webmail stays complete.

Yes. MailFox is an add-on sold separately: it adds the Emails page to the CartFox panel and uses the same authentication.
Any mailbox with IMAP access, such as cPanel webmail. Sending goes through the same email channel as your WordPress.
It can live in wp-config, as the MAILFOX_PASS constant, instead of the database, and it never shows up in the panel again.
